Zone: BUNNY TAIL GRASS
Lagurus ovatus is commonly called Bunny Tail Grass or Hare's Tail Grass. It is an annual grass that is native to the Mediterranean shores. It is cultivated as an ornamental and is often used in dried bouquets. It is clump-forming and can reach 1-2 feet tall. Foliage is green with short, narrow leaves. The long-lasting white spike-like oval flower clusters are soft with hairy awns (bristles).
Bunny Tail Grass is easy to grow and care for. It thrives in moderate to bright lights and well-drained soil. Allow to dry out before watering again as it does not like wet feet.
