DALMATIAN PEACH FOXGLOVE
Digitalis purpurea 'Dalmation Peach' is commonly referred to as Dalmation Peach Common Foxglove. This biennial, short-lived perennial features upright spikes of pinkish-peach flowers that lighten to soft peach with tiny orange speckled throats. Flowers bloom from late spring to fall and attract hummingbirds and seedheads in the fall attract birds looking for a tasty treat. Dalmation Peach is noteworthy for not only its color but also its well-branched habit with compact foliage.
Dalmation Peach Foxglove is deer and rabbit tolerant and thrives in full sun to partial shade in average, evenly moist, well-draining soils. It is ideal in beds, borders and other naturalized areas. Word of Caution: Leaves are highly toxic.
