SNOWCONE® JAPANESE SNOWBELL

Styrax japonicus 'JFS-D' is commonly referred to as Snowcone® Japanese Snowbell. It is a broad pyramidal, ornamental tree that features pure white, bell-shaped flowers with fine textured, dark green foliage. Foliage turns a showy yellow in fall. Flowers attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Gray-green fruit matures to white in late summer.

Snowcone Japanese Snowbell thrives in partial sun in acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. This vigorous ornamental tree is well-known for its uniformity and symmetrical structure in planting and is perfect as a focal point.
