GOOD DAY SUNSHINE™ CLIMBING ROSE

Rosa Good Day Sunshine™ is a cheerful and resilient Floribunda rose that lives up to its name with a constant display of radiant color. It produces clusters of semi-double to double blooms in a clear, vibrant yellow that resists fading, even in the peak of summer heat. The flowers feature a light, refreshing citrus fragrance and open to reveal bright yellow stamens, making them a favorite for local pollinators.

The ideal spot for Good Day Sunshine™ is a sunny location with at least six to eight hours of direct light, which is necessary to maintain its compact, mounding growth habit and prolific reblooming cycle. Its foliage is a deep, glossy green and is noted for having excellent resistance to common diseases such as black spot and powdery mildew.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in a location with at least 6-8 hours of sunlight. Provide a sturdy trellis or support system immediately. Water deeply at the base. Prune in early spring. Remove any dead or damaged canes. The most important step for flowers is horizontal training: tie the main canes as horizontally as possible to your support structure - this forces the plant to send up vertical, flowering shoots along the entire length of the cane.
