AZALEA GIRARD ROSE
Grower Notes:

Azalea x 'Girard's Rose' is commonly referred to as Girard's Rose Azalea. It is part of the Girard collection of Azaleas which were developed for their extreme cold hardiness and improved performance. It is a small, slow-growing, semi-evergreen, shrub that features clusters of rose-pink flowers in mid spring. Foliage has a red tint in fall and stems turn a nice deep red in winter which adds to its winter interest.

Girard's Rose Azalea thrives in rich, acidic, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal for group plantings or as an accent plant. Fragrant flowers attract all types of pollinators including birds, bees, hummingbirds and butterflies.
