GHOST DANCER JAPANESE MAPLE

Acer palmatum 'Ghost Dancer' is commonly known as Ghost Dancer Japanese Maple. This fast-growing, low-branched, small deciduous tree has an upright growth habit with deeply lobed, palmate green leaves that emerges creamy white with green veins and rose-purple highlights. Prominent veining on the leaf adds a beautiful contrast, and its classic orange to red fall color is quite showy.

Ghost Dancer Japanese Maple thrives in full to part sun in nutrient-rich, slightly acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soil.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with a pH between 6.0 and 7.0. Water regularly, but avoid overwatering. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and promote healthy growth.
