ORNAMENTAL ONION
Allium 'Millenium' is commonly referred to as Millenium Ornamental Onion or simply Millenium Allium. It features rosy-purple flower balls that appear in midsummer, just above the foliage. Foliage is compact, upright glossy green, strap-like leaves that emit a slight smell of onion when crushed.
Millenium Allium thrives in full to partial sun in sandy, evenly moist, well-drained soils. Bulbs are best planting in fall and can be divided in spring or early fall.
