WHITE CONCOLOR FIR
Abies concolor is commonly known as the Concolor Fir or White Fir. It is an exceptional evergreen tree with a narrow conical habit and a straight trunk. Upper branches grow upward while lower branches recline. It features soft, blue-green needles and upright, barrel-shaped green cones that mature to shades of purple and brown. (Note: it could take close to 30-40 years for cones to develop)
The Concolor Fir enjoys full to part sun in average, well-drained soil. It does not tolerate clay so best to amend soil with organic matter to improve drainage.
