LOUISA CRABAPPLE
The Louisa Crabapple is an excellent weeping variety of crabapple that features fragrant, single, soft pink flowers from red buds on branches that typically cascade and spread along the ground. Flowers are followed by small, unique yellowish-pink fruit which birds and wildlife enjoy. Glossy, dark green leaves turn a nice green, yellow and orange color in fall.
The Louisa Crabapple will grow to only 12-15 feet in height and will stay compact. It enjoys full sun and rich, well-drained soils. It has good disease resistance and is ideal as a specimen or accent plant and for general landscape use.

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with a slightly acidic pH. Water regularly, but avoid overwatering. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and promote healthy growth.
