GLADIATOR CRABAPPLE
Malus x adstringens 'Durleo' PP20167 is more commonly known as Gladiator™ Crabapple. It is a First Editions® selection that features an upright, compact habit with bronze leaves and bright pink flowers in spring. Leaves emerge dark purple and mature to a glossy bronze purple holding its color through summer and turning dark purple in fall.
Gladiator Crabapple thrives in full sun in acidic, loamy, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It can be drought tolerant once established.
