CORNUS FLO RUBRA
Grower Notes:

This Pink Flowering Dogwood (Cornus florida f. rubra) is an old time favorite noteworthy for its four seasons of interest. This small, deciduous tree has profuse star-like, pinkish-red flower bracts that turn to vivid orange-red fruits in summer. Its layered branch structure has green leaves through summer that turn attractive shades of scarlet and maroon in fall. It performs best in part shade in evenly moist, well-drained soil.
