CLEMATIS VIOLET STARDUST
Grower Notes:

Clematis 'Violet Stardust' PP30555 'Violet Stardust' truly lives up to its name, with an abundance of deep violet petals that can appear almost black in some light, creating a sophisticated and intense focal point. It is a non-vining clematis, meaning it doesn't climb in the traditional sense, but forms an upright, mounding bush that can be used in various ways in the garden. Each purple bloom is adorned with contrasting creamy stamens, offering a mesmerizing detail that draws the eye. It will quickly cover trellises, arbors, fences and pergolas, transforming ordinary structures into breathtaking vertical gardens.

Violet Stardust Clematis thrives in full sun in evenly moist, well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. While tolerant of average soil, clematis generally prefer a pH between 6.0 and 7.5. If your soil is acidic, you can sweeten it by adding a small amount of agricultural lime or wood ash.
