INVINCIBELLE® MINI MAUVETTE® HYDRANGEA

Hydrangea arborescens 'NCHA7' PP30358 is commonly referred to as Proven Winners® Color Choice® Invincibelle Mini Mauvette® Smooth Hydrangea. Finally a purple hydrangea for the cool climate gardens! This Proven Winners® Color Choice® Invincibelle® selection features mauve-purple flowers held up on strong, sturdy stems that do not flop. It blooms continuously from early summer through frost allowing for fresh or dried color.

Invincibelle Mini Mauvette® Smooth Hydrangea thrives in full sun in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is hardy down to Zone 4 and blooms on current season's growth (new wood). It benefits from cutting the stems back about one-third its total height each spring, just before the new growth emerges. New shoots will emerge and bloom the same summer.

Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and promote new growth.
