Malus domestica 'Snow Fameuse' is commonly referred to as Snow Fameuse Apple Tree or Snow Apple. This heirloom favorite is a small orange-red apple with crisp, sweet-tart fruit with white flesh. It ripens in mid-September and prized for fresh eating, cooking and baking. It can self-pollinate, however, crop will be improved with help from other pollinator apple trees such as Red Delicious or Honeycrisp.
Snow Fameuse Apples thrive in full sun in average to loamy, rich soils that are evenly moist, well-drained soils. All apple trees benefit from air movement around the tree and through its branches.
