SUPER PRINCESS® FLOWERING DOGWOOD
Cornus florida 'Super Princess' is commonly referred to as Super Princess White Flowering Dogwood. This majestic, small deciduous tree with horizontally spreading branches is an improved version of the Cherokee Princess Dogwood and features early spring white flowers with bracts 4 to 5 inches across that cover the tree like snow. Medium to dark green glossy leaves turn showy shades of red and purple in fall with abundant red berries that persist into winter providing a nice treat for the birds.
Super Princess White Flowering Dogwood thrives in full sun in organically rich, acidic, evenly moist, well-draining soils.
