Zone: 4GENTSCH WHITE HEMLOCK
The Gentsch White Hemlock is a globose, dwarf Hemlock which only grows 4-5 feet tall and wide. Needles at the branch tips are silvery white, giving the appearance of being covered with snow. Annual shearing is advised to maintain its white branch tips and compact habit. Tiny, light brown cones appear on older plants.
The Gentsch White Hemlock enjoys part shade with average to moist, well-drained soils. Gentsch White makes a unique and attractive accent planting for the landscape.
