NORTHERN SPIRE ARBORVITAE
Thuja plicata 'Northern Spire' PP31298 is commonly referred to as Northern Spire Western Red Cedar or Northern Spire Arborvitae. It is a vigorous, tightly branched, columnar coniferous evergreen with dark green foliage in spring and summer that turns more russet-red in winter. It is easy to grow and requires very little shearing to maintain its shape.
Northern Spire Western Red Cedar thrives in full sun in rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is an excellent choice for hedges, screens or privacy barriers.
