Silene dioica 'Clifford Moor' is a striking and highly decorative perennial prized for its exceptionally bright, variegated foliage. It forms a low-growing, mounded tuft of narrow, lance-shaped leaves that are deep green with broad, creamy-yellow margins. Reaching a mature height of approximately 15 - 18 inches with a slightly wider spread, it provides a year-round "glow" in the garden, even when not in bloom. In late spring to early summer, slender stems rise above the variegated mound, carrying clusters of delicate, single pink flowers that create a soft, romantic contrast against the vivid foliage.
