ROCK N GROW® TIRAMISU STONECROP

Sedum Rock 'N Grow® 'Tiramisu' is a sophisticated upright stonecrop that offers a constantly evolving color palette throughout the growing season. This Proven Winners® introduction is named for its decadent, multi-layered appearance. In early spring, the succulent leaves emerge with a bluish-green tint, quickly transitioning into a rich, coppery-bronze that holds its color beautifully through the heat of summer. Reaching 18 to 24 inches tall with a wide, dome-shaped habit, it is specifically bred for sturdy stems that do not "lodge" or flop over, even when supporting its massive flower heads.

The real show begins in late summer when Sedum 'Tiramisu' produces dense clusters of tiny, blush-pink buds. These open into a soft, creamy-white flower display that completely covers the bronze foliage, creating a striking contrast. As the flowers age, they transition into deep bronze seed heads that provide excellent architectural interest and a food source for birds well into the winter.

For the most intense foliage color and the best stem strength, plant 'Tiramisu' in a location that receives full sun. It is a rugged and drought-tolerant perennial that thrives in average to poor, well-drained soil. In the landscape, its medium height and uniform, mounded shape make it a perfect choice for the middle of a sunny border, as a focal point in large containers, or as a reliable mass planting.
