Sambucus racemosa 'SMNSRD4' PP26613 Proven Winners® Color Choice® Lemony Lace® is commonly referred to as Lemony Lace® Elderberry. This attractive Proven Winners® Color Choice® selection is incredibly bright with a care-free disposition. It features sunny yellow, dissected foliage that really lights up the landscape. It has big clusters of white flowers in early spring before foliage emerges, then bright yellow leaves edged in red. It turns a showy chartreuse color as foliage fades. Spring white flowers are followed by bright red fruit in fall which adds an additional layer of interest to this superb plant.
Lemony Lace® Elderberry thrives in full sun to partial shade in organically rich, slightly acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils.
