Rosa cv. 'WEKaltjuchi' PPAF is commonly referred to as Edith's Darling™ Shrub Rose. It is a new addition to the popular series of roses inspired by Downton Abbey characters and a fitting tribute to Lady Edith and her beloved daughter Marigold.
Edith's Darling™ features soft apricot-gold old-fashioned, full-sized blooms with glossy dark green foliage with a short, compact habit. It exudes a strong fresh cut apple and fruity perfume. It thrives in full sun in organically rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. The Parentage: All a'Twitter x Julie Child.

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in a location with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight. Ensure soil is well-draining. Water at the base (avoid getting leaves wet) to prevent fungal diseases. Prune in early spring. These are 'low-maintenance' roses. You can prune individually to shape, or, for large-scale mass plantings, you can use power shears to trim them back by one-third to encourage a flush of new, vigorous growth and continuous blooms.
