DRIFT® PEACH GROUNDCOVER ROSE

Rosa Drift® Peach' is a prolific and hardy groundcover rose that adds a soft, warm glow to the garden. As part of the Drift® series, it is specifically bred to remain compact and manageable while offering the continuous blooming power of larger shrub roses. It produces masses of small, double blossoms in a delicate peach-apricot hue that matures gracefully into a soft cream. The flowers appear in dense clusters against a backdrop of dark, glossy green foliage, creating a lush and colorful carpet from mid-spring until the first hard frost.

The ideal spot for Rosa Drift® Peach is a sunny location with well-drained soil, where it can receive at least six to eight hours of direct sunlight. Its low-growing, spreading habit makes it an exceptional choice for the front of a border, filling in small garden nooks, or cascading over the edges of containers and stone walls. Like other members of its series, it boasts high resistance to common fungal diseases such as black spot and powdery mildew.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in a location with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight. Ensure soil is well-draining. Water at the base (avoid getting leaves wet) to prevent fungal diseases. Pruning: Prune in early spring. These are 'low-maintenance' roses. You can prune individually to shape, or, for large-scale mass plantings, you can use power shears to trim them back by one-third to encourage a flush of new, vigorous growth and continuous blooms.
