WESTONS AGLO PJM RHODODENDRON
Rhododendron x 'Weston's Aglo' is commonly referred to as Weston's Aglo Rhododendron. Its parentage is: R. mucronulatum x R. dauricum. This is a compact evergreen shrub with an open, mounding habit. It features small clusters of light pink mixed with darker pink flowers in early spring. Small, glossy, dark green leaves turn a rich mahogany in fall.
PJM hybrids are one of the hardiest Rhododendrons, thriving in climates such as the Upper Midwest and New England areas. It enjoys full to partial sun in rich, fertile, acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It can be quite tolerate of full sun, unlike most Rhododendrons.
