CUNNINGHAM WHITE CATAWBA RHODODENDRON

Rhododendron catawbiense 'Cunningham White' is commonly referred to as Cunningham's White Catawba Rhododendron. It is a classic, compact, low growing evergreen shrub that is quite hardy. It has been around since the days of President Andrew Jackson and has been celebrated ever since. It features large, white flowers that open from attractive pink buds in late May and handsome dark green leaves.

Cunningham's White Catawba Rhododendron is easy to grow and thrives in filtered sun - morning sun and afternoon shade is best. It is ideal for shrub borders or woodland areas. Any pruning should be done right after flowering.
