Zone: 3ASSORTED RHUBARB
Rhubarb is a rugged, cold-hardy perennial vegetable that grows best when there is enough winter to force plants into dormancy. It features non-fading bright red, thick stalks with a delicious flavor when baked into cobblers, pies and other desserts. It is a reliable producer that bears excellent yields over many years.
Rhubarb thrives in full sun and can be invasive if allowed to spread. Plant root cuttings at 45 degrees with top of cutting 2 inches below soil line.
