KINDRED SPIRIT® HYBRID OAK

The Kindred Spirit® is an interspecific hybrid of the Columnar English Oak (Q. robur fastigiata) and the Swamp Oak (Q. bicolor).

It is a fast growing hybrid with a tight columnar habit. It has a beautiful dark green top leaf and silvery bottom leaf that is powdery mildew resistant. As summer fades to fall, the foliage turns shades of yellow and bronze. Although it is a cross, it does produce acorns over time.
