The Chanticleer Pear is an densely growing, narrow, pyramidal, thornless, ornamental pear that is suitable for street plantings. It is much less susceptible to wind damage than the Bradford Pear.
The Chanticleer Pear thrives in full sun in average to moist, well-drained soils. Its narrow, pyramidal shape makes it ideal for smaller sites.
