PRUNUS KRAUTER VESUVIUS
Grower Notes:

Commonly known as the Cherry Plum, KV Plum or Myrobalan Plum, this popular purple-leaved ornamental plum tree typically grows 15-20' tall with an upright, rounded habit. Krauter Vesuvius is noteworthy for its ornamental and quite showy dark purple foliage and its striking soft pink flowers in spring. Such a striking contrast of colors! The foliage emerges deep red in spring and matures to a darker reddish-purple. Hardy and drought tolerant.
