EXTRA BLUE LIMBER PINE

Pinus flexilis 'Extra Blue' is commonly referred to as the Extra Blue Limber Pine. It is a dense evergreen tree which has a strong central leader with ascending branches and a pyramidal form. It features long blue needle clusters that slightly twist and curve. Cones are long and brown. Its mature bark is dark gray and furrowed which adds to its interest.

The Extra Blue Limber Pines truly lives up to its name. It is one of the bluest cultivars out there! This fast growing pine thrives in full sun in average soil and moisture levels and well-drained soil.
