Similar to Physocarpus 'Diabolo' except with brighter red color. New growth is bright yellow-green. Creamy white flowers appear in spring. The Center Glow has a mounded, vase-shaped habit that typically matures to 6-8' tall. Plant in full sun for best foliage color. Ninebark is named for its exfoliating bark on mature branches which peels away revealing reddish brown inner bark.

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with full sun to partial shade (full sun brings out the best foliage color).
