BUFFALO JUNIPER

Juniperus sabina 'Buffalo' is commonly referred to as Buffalo Juniper. It is a low-growing, wide-spreading, evergreen conifer with feathery soft, densely branched foliage that stays bright green even in winter.

Buffalo Juniper thrives in full sun in average, sandy, well-drained soils. It will not tolerate standing water. It can be drought tolerant once established. It is tolerant of urban pollution and can thrive in city environments. It is ideal for cascading over walls or in mass plantings as a groundcover. It also looks great in planters.
