Ilex meserveae 'Centennial Girl' PP10750 is commonly referred to as Centennial Girl Holly. It is a slow growing pyramidal blue holly that features dark green evergreen foliage and plentiful vibrant red fruits that persist through winter. The berries attract birds and other wildlife. It is easily pollinated with a male meserveae holly.
Centennial Girl Holly thrives in full sun to partial shade and rich, acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It does not tolerate city environments so best to avoid them. The Centennial Girl Blue Holly is a beautiful year-round evergreen shrub that is cold hardy and drought tolerant. It is ideal as a hedge, screen, accent or foundation plant.
