BLOOMIN EASY® CHERRY-GO-ROUND™ LACECAP HYDRANGEA

Hydrangea macrophylla 'Hokomaburlac' is commonly referred to as Cherry-Go-Round™ Hydrangea. This beautiful hydrangea is part of the Bloomin' Easy® collection. It features a mounding form with large, cherry-pink blooms from late spring through fall that attract butterflies and other pollinators. It blooms on both old and new wood and will benefit from some protection from winds or cold temperatures that may damage flower buds. Its foliage is glossy green and contrasts nicely with its vibrant red flowers.

Cherry-Go-Round™ thrives in full to part sun in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal for border edges and containers. It is pH sensitive and will turn more lavender in acidic soil.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with a slightly acidic pH. Water regularly, but avoid overwatering. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize annually with a balanced fertilizer. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and promote new growth.
