Hibiscus syriacus Sugar Tip Gold® is commonly referred to as Sugar Tip Gold® Rose of Sharon. It features beautiful variegated foliage of green and bright gold and showy lavender flowers. This Proven Winners® selection has a refined, semi-dwarf, non-invasive, non-seeding habit and is smaller than the original Sugar Tip® Hibiscus.
Sugar Tip Gold® Rose of Sharon is easy to grow and thrives in full sun in rich, evenly moist, well-drained soil. Its upright habit is great for borders and container gardening. Prune in the fall or early spring as blooms form on new season's growth.
