LIL KIM® VIOLET ROSE OF SHARON
Hibiscus syriacus 'Lil'Kim® Violet ('SHIMRV24') is commonly referred to as Lil' Kim® Violet Rose of Sharon. It is a Proven Winners® Color Choice® selection and part of the Lil' Kim® series. It is a true dwarf variety with a compact habit, reaching only 3-4 feet tall and wide. It features showy plum-violet flowers accented with red eyes on strong stems. Flowers attract all types of beneficial pollinators such as hummingbirds and butterflies. Glossy green foliage is deer, heat and drought resistant when it is established.
Lil' Kim® Violet Rose of Sharon thrives in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal along borders, small gardens and in containers.
