Hibiscus 'Peppermint Schnapps' PP18939 is commonly referred to as Peppermint Schnapps Rose Mallow or Peppermint Schnapps Hardy Hibiscus. This late summer bloomer features light pink flowers with red eyes and red streaking on the petals that completely engulf the plant in late summer. Flowers attract hummingbirds, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators.
Peppermint Schnapps Rose Mallow is deer resistant and thrives in full to part sun in rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. This perennial Hibiscus should be cut back in late fall in preparation for winter. It will come back better than ever the next spring.
