Hibiscus 'Midnight Marvel' PP24079 is commonly referred to as Midnight Marvel Rose Marrow or Midnight Marvel Hibiscus. This selection features deep purple, maple-like leaves with large pure red flowers from mid-summer to early fall. The combination is incredibly showy! Leaves turn an attractive orange in fall. It presents with a neat, compact appearance and is ideal in front of a perennial border.
Midnight Marvel Rose Mallow thrives in full sun in very moist, fertile, soils. It is native to swampy areas. Ideal for borders or as a specimen. It grows extremely well along streams and ponds. Note: Perennial Hibiscus die down completely in winter and new shoots emerge in May.
