SWEET TEA FOAMY BELLS
Heucherella 'Sweet Tea' is more commonly called Sweet Tea Foamy Bells. This beautiful perennial is a cross between Heuchera (Coral Bells) and Tiarella (Foamflower). It delivers the best of both: the bold, vibrant color of Heuchera with the heat and humidity tolerance of its Tiarella heritage. 'Sweet Tea' features intense orange-red leaves with cinnamon highlights that darken in the summer and lighten up in the fall. This makes a great accent plant for shady gardens or containers.
Heucherella 'Sweet Tea' is relatively low-maintenance and thrives in morning sun and afternoon shade. It enjoys fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Heavy clay or soggy soil will lead to crown and root rot, which is the most common cause of failure.
