DOLCE® APPLE TWIST CORAL BELLS

Dolce® 'Apple Twist' Heuchera hybrid USPP 31,221, Can 7,067 is more commonly called Dolce® Apple Twist Coral Bells. New leaves emerge with reddish veining, transitioning to a bright chartreuse-yellow or lime-green as they mature, eventually settling into a refreshing apple green, all while maintaining attractive, wavy, rippled edges. This semi-evergreen plant forms a compact mound about 9-12 inches tall with a spread of 18-24 inches, and in mid-summer, it sends up airy spikes of creamy white flowers that attract hummingbirds.

Thriving in part to full shade and well-drained, humus-rich soil, 'Apple Twist' is highly valued as a low-maintenance, deer-resistant, and heat-tolerant plant perfect for borders, containers, and mass plantings in USDA Zones 4 through 9.

Coral bells are sold tolerant and a great low-maintenance perennial that is easy to take care of. They blend well with most perennials and have a low, mounding habit that is perfect for container gardens and tucked between other plants in a shaded garden.
