HAMAMELIS INT DIANE
Grower Notes:

Hamamelis intermedia 'Diane' is commonly referred to as Diane Witch Hazel. It is noteworthy for its profusion of fragrant flowers and its showy fall color. It is a medium to large, vase-shaped, deciduous shrub with dense clusters of fragrant ruby red flowers in mid to late winter. Flowers consist of very unique crinkled ribbon-like petals. In fall, leaves turn vibrant shades of yellow, red, and orange.

Diane Witch Hazel enjoys full sun to part shade in rich, acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is generally pest free and deer resistant. It is ideal as a specimen plant or massed in mixed shrub borders.
