HALESIA CAROLINA
Grower Notes:

Halesia carolina is commonly referred to as Carolina silverbell or silverbell tree. It is a small, deciduous tree that features drooping clusters of white bell-shaped flowers in April before its yellow-green leaves emerge. Yellow fall color comes fast and leaves drop early fall. Brownish, nut-like fruits appear in the fall and often persist into the winter.

Carolina silverbell enjoys full to partial sun in moist, well-drained soils. It does not tolerate drought well.
