Ginkgo biloba Windover Gold® is commonly referred to as Windover Gold® Maidenhair Tree. It is a majestic, deciduous tree that has the honor of being one of the oldest living trees - living more than 1,000 years! Ginkgo trees have been around for over 150 million years and provides an opportunity for us to care for a generational tree.
The Windover Gold Ginkgo has a symmetrical, broad, upright habit with unique fan-shaped leaves that emerge green and turn deep gold in autumn. The leaves are slightly larger than other varieties. It can thrive in most any location as it is quite adaptable. It does enjoy full sun and average, well-drained soils.
