Gaillardia x grandiflora 'Arizona Apricot' is commonly known as Arizona Apricot Blanket Flower. This free-flowering award-winning perennial features a compact mound of bright green foliage that gets covered in large three-inch blooms from early summer through fall. It is truly a butterfly magnet! Flowers have multiple rows of apricot petals with yellow tips and a darker orange center that just light up the yard.
Arizona Apricot Blanket Flower requires little care. It thrives in full sun in average, well-drained soils. It can be drought tolerant once established. It is perfect for butterfly gardens, borders and containers.
