Euonymus alatus 'Select' is commonly referred to as Fire Ball® Burning Bush, Winged Euonymus or Fire Ball® Euonymus. It is an outstanding selection with tighter branching, better stem hardiness and more overall cold hardiness than other cultivars that may experience die-back during super harsh winters. Brilliant cherry red fall color is displayed earlier than other varieties.
Fire Ball® Burning Bush is a Proven Winners® COLOR CHOICE® selection. It thrives in full to part sun and average, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is tolerate of city environments, and is ideal as a specimen and for borders, hedges and mass plantings.

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with a pH between 6.0 and 7.0. Water regularly, but avoid overwatering.
