Echinacea hybrida 'Coral Reef' PP21888 is commonly known as Coral Reef Coneflower. This unique and gorgeous pom-pom variety features double bicolor coral-red pom-pom flowers topped by a red-coral cone. It is well-branched with strong stems and a dense, bushy habit. It blooms from midsummer to frost and is an excellent cut flower for flower arrangements.
Coneflowers are an eye-catching and popular perennial for many reasons. They are easy to grow and are heat and drought tolerant. They flower all summer and attract all kinds of birds and pollinators. They typically thrive in full sun, but if your summers are hotter than Hades then they could use a bit more shade and water to prevent burning.
