Dianthus Whetman® Star Single® 'Fire Star Improved' PP14895 is commonly referred to as Fire Star Improved Cheddar Pinks. It features vivid fire-red blooms with a dark red eyes and spicy clove fragrance. It blooms in late spring to mid summer, up to 3-5 flowers per stem. Heat tolerant and evergreen in mild climates. It is part of the WHETMAN® Star Single® series.
