SNAKEROOT
Cimicifuga ramosa 'Atropurpurea' is commonly referred to as Snakeroot or Bugbane. This tall growing perennial can reach 4-6 feet tall with a spread of 30-36 inches. Snakeroot thrives in part sun in organically enriched, consistently moist, well-drained soils.
