NANA GRACILIS HINOKI FALSECYPRESS

Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Nana Gracilis' is commonly referred to as Nana Gracilis Hinoki Cypress or simply Hinoki Cypress. It is a slow-growing, dense, broadly pyramidal, evergreen conifer that has flattened, horizontally spreading branches that droop at the ends. It features dark green scale-like foliage with white markings underneath. Reddish brown bark peels on mature specimens and draws additional interest.

Nana Gracilis Hinoki Cypress is one of the most popular dwarf conifers and it is easy to grow. It enjoys full sun and rich, slightly acidic, moist, well-drained soils.
