NORTHERN HERALD® REDBUD
Cercis canadensis 'Pink Trim' is commonly referred to as the Northern Herald® Redbud. It is a dense, round-headed deciduous tree that produces magenta pink flowers in the spring. It has green, leathery-textured leaves that are heat and wind resistant. They turn an attractive yellow in fall.
Northern Herald® Redbud thrives in full sun to part shade in average, evenly moist, well-drained soil. They are ideal in borders, woodland margins or as a street or lawn tree.
