WHITE EASTERN REDBUD
Alba Redbud is a deciduous, ornamental tree that grows to 20 feet with abundant white flowers appearing before its leaves in early spring. It is a smaller tree that often grows beneath taller trees on the borders of fields or hillsides.
Alba Redbud thrives in full to part sun and sandy soils. It is intolerant of drought or extremely wet soils. As the tree ages, scaly ridges and furrows develop on its trunk.
